We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on digital products because they will be received to customer on there mail once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items (Exception)
We only offer replacements in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
If your order has an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of packaging and shipping label
If approved, we will send a replacement item at no cost.
We do not issue refunds in these cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Glamour Style is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local courier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to this policy and understand that filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in being permanently banned from our store.
